Your initial diagnosis of our needs was done promptly and accurately and
the resulting recommendations/solutions were realistic in terms of
timeframes to accomplish and budget. Having accomplished 90% of
the 'to do' list has resulted in a much more stable system
- our incident rates have dropped substantially since completing
